1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Claw Ops ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Claw Ops provides managed hosting for OpenClaw AI assistant instances. Each instance runs in an isolated Firecracker microVM. We provide the infrastructure; you provide your own AI provider API keys.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Your API keys and any costs incurred with AI providers
• Content generated through your OpenClaw instance

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Instances may auto-suspend when idle and resume on the next request.

7. Data and Privacy

Your data remains yours. We do not access your OpenClaw instance data or API keys unless required for support with your explicit permission. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your instance and data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claw Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
